Mr. Freddie Edward Pollock, Sr. of Tiptonville, TN. passed away Sunday May 19, 2024 at Signature Healthcare in Ridgely, TN.  Fred was born April 25, 1936 in Hohenwald, TN. to the late Clester & Mable Pollock.  He was a career supervisor with AT&T.  in his free time, he loved to be outdoors, fishing or working in his yard.  He was an avid NASCAR fan, especially of Dale Earnhardt, and drove stock cars at the Santa Fe Speedway near Chicago.

Fred is survived by his son, Ed Pollock & wife, Lisa, his brothers Roger & Wendell Pollock, his sister Beverly Allen & husband, Jerry, his grandchildren, Jeremy & Miranda Pollock, Michael & Colette Pollock, Amanda & Rudii Doorco and Matt & Valentina Pollock and was loved and known as "Paw & Grandpa" by his eleven great-grandchildren.  Fred was preceded in death by wife of 68 years, Shirley "Molly" Pollock, his parents, his brothers Jerry & Johnny Pollock and his sisters June Warren, Glenda Daniels & Gail Humphreys.

Visitation will be held at the Tiptonville Church of Christ beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 24, 2024.  Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. conducted by Dr. Carl Mills.  Interment will follow in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely, TN.  James Beasley, Jr., Drs. Breck & Jeff Beasley, Dan & Wayne Beasley and Johnny Warren will serve as pallbearers with Tony Bargery as honorary pallbearer.
