Frances Weaver, 89, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.

She was a retired employee of Heckethorne Manufacturing and attended First United Pentecostal Church.

Services were Saturday, Dec. 26 at Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. John Morris officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery.

Survivors include two daughters, Sue Swader and husband, George, and Dianne Anderson and husband, David, both of Dyersburg; a son, Jerry Weaver and wife, Charlotte, of Dyersburg; a sister, Patty Humphries of Giddings, Texas; a brother, Charles Crum of Memphis; six grandchildren, Dick Swader of South Fulton, Deanne Benefield of Mobile, Ala., Molly Pennington, Melanie Todd and Amanda Williams, all of Dyersburg, and Thomas Darrell Weaver Jr. of Spring, Texas; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, T.D. Weaver; a son, Tommy Weaver; her parents, Albert and Lela Jones Crum; a sister, Betty Ruth Fussell; and three brothers, Algie Crum, Tom Crum and Larry Crum.

Pallbearers will be Robert Riggs, Lynn Parker, George Swader, Chuck Fussell, James Hutson and Richard Williams.

The family requests that any memorials be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
