Frances Kay Tubbs Sanford, 80, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at West Tennessee Healthcare - Dyersburg Hospital.

Frances was born on August 14, 1939 in Dyersburg, TN to the late Bonnie Mitchell and Lonnie Tubbs. She was a retired production worker with Sylvania. She was an avid bingo and card player. She was also an avid animal lover. She was a member of East Dyersburg Methodist Church.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at Fairview Cemetery with Mr. Dave Countess officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her two daughters, Melissa Asbridge (Damon) and Michelle Countess both of Dyersburg, TN; two brothers, her twin Larry Ray Tubbs, Sr. (Deborah) of Weatherford, TX and Paul Tubbs (Cindy) of Forest Lake, MN; two grandchildren, Briana Countess of Memphis, TN and Courtney Williams (Cody) of Dyersburg, TN; one great-grandchild, Edythe Williams.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her brother Charlie Tubbs and her sisters Juanita Bivens and Martha Baker.

Pallbearers will be Larry Tubbs Jr., Lonnie Tubbs, Tony Tubbs, Cody Williams, Donald Baker Jr. and Damon Asbridge.
