Obituary

Frances Lorene Stephens, 86, of Trenton, died Monday, June 11, 2012 at her residence.

She was a retired employee with Colonial Rubber Works and a member of Second Baptist Church in Dyersburg.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Thomas Pirtle and Bro. Ronnie Turner officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Survivors include her two daughters, Elizabeth Hendrix and Pam Haynes and husband, Ernest, all of Trenton; four sisters, Marcella Mallard of Flint, MI, Ardella Meeks of Palmersville, Monnette Joslin of Dyersburg and Patsy Connell of Tampa, FL; four brothers, Cysler "Cat" Joslin, Fentres Joslin, Jesse Joslin and Mackie Joslin, all of Dyersburg; three grandchildren, Kim Pollard, Zac Haynes and Todd Haynes; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Stephens; her parents, John Vernon and Gurtha Pratt Joslin; a grandson, Michael Hendrix; and a brother, Everett Joslin.

Pallbearers will be Todd Haynes, Zac Haynes, Brandon Hendrix, Steven Pollard, Zac Marbrey and Ricky Mango. Honorary pallbearer will be Kevin Joslin.
