Floyd Watson Garner's Obituary
Floyd Watson Garner, 71, of Tiptonville, died Sunday, March 29, 2009 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
He was a retired Farmer and a member of Bogota Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home Chapel in Dyersburg with the Bro. Rick Burton officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely.
The family will receive visitors beginning at 5:30 p.m. today at Dyersburg Funeral Home in Dyersburg.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Ann Garner of Tiptonville; three daughters, Vickie Wyrick of Munford, TN; Lisa Green of Ridgely; and Gina Farrow of Tiptonville, one son, Dewayne Garner of Ridgely; one sister, Martha Crews of Dyersburg; one brother, Lloyd Garner of Bogota; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmett and Donnie Conder Garner.
Pallbearers will be Farris McGinnis, Paul Bargery, Rhett McIntosh, Kent Patterson, Trent Patterson and Terry Jamison. Honorary pallbearers will be T. Roy Shull, Buford Hopper, Paul Godwin, Tony Bargery and Jerry Bargery.
