Ewell Brimm, 80, of Dyersburg, died Friday, January 4, 2013 at West Tennessee Veteran's Home in Humboldt.
He was a factory worker for Colonial Rubber, where he worked for 32 years, member of Bogota Baptist Church, Army veteran of the Korean War, an avid hunter and fisherman and gardener.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Neely's Chapel Cemetery with the Rev. Randy Crews officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Nora Nell Brimm of Dyersburg; a son, Tony Brimm and wife, Laura, of Dyersburg; three sisters, Frances Lemons of Dyersburg, June Lay of Chattanooga and Jane Manns of Newbern; a brother, Bobby Brimm of Chattanooga; and two grandchildren, Matthew Tyler Brimm and Mallory Leanne Pope.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Debbie Brimm; his parents, Jerry and Mary Lee Brimm; and a brother, Everett Brimm.
