Ethel McDaniel, 82, of Wynnburg, died Monday, February 14, 2011 at Reelfoot Manor Nursing Center.

She was a retired Private Duty Nurse and a member of Wynnburg Baptist Church.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Wynnburg Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Byassee officiating. Burial will be in Crockett Chapel Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the church.

Survivors include her husband, Guy McDaniel of Wynnburg; a son, Rickey McDaniel and wife, Peggy, of Memphis; two step-sons, Gary Johnson of Memphis and Adam McDaniel of Alabama; three step-daughters, Lisa Bucy and Debbie Barker, both of Sharon and Gail Lawler of Martin; a sister, Maebelle McClain of Wynnburg; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Gene McDaniel; her parents, Ode and Nora Smith Winsett; a brother, James Winsett; and a great-great-grandchild.
