Estelle Hobbs, 78, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
She was a retired hairdresser, a member of RoEllen Baptist Church, an avid antique collector and Shaklee supervisor.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Powell and the Rev. Johnny Michael officiating. Burial will be in Rehoboth Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include a daughter, Teresa Windle of Dyersburg; a son, Bo Hobbs of Paris; three sisters, Ora Lee Powell of Martin, Dorothy Partin and Elese Malloy, both of Clio, Mich.; two brothers, Fred Mallard of Michigan and Paul Mallard of Arkansas; five grandchildren, Andy Windle and wife, Donna, Nikki Wilson and husband, Michael, Kristy King and husband, Thomas, Kathy Lineberry and husband, Jason, and J.C. Hobbs and wife, Christie; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Jim Hobbs; her parents, Martin and Mattie Winters Mallard; and a brother, Arlen Mallard.
Pallbearers will be Mackie Joslin, Jim Mallard, Michael Wilson, Thomas King, Andy Windle and Mickey Myers. Honorary pallbearer will be Bill Hobbs.
