Ernestine Rook King's Obituary
Ernestine Rook King, 81, of Dyersburg, died Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a homemaker and a member of Northside Church of Christ.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Fairview Cemetery with Bro. Jeff McClain officiating.
The family will receive visitors from 1-1:45 p.m. Friday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her daughter, Sandra Minley of Dyersburg; two sons, Johnny King and Brian King, both of Dyersburg; two sisters, Margaret Johnson and Maxie King, both of Dyersburg; eleven grandchildren, Pennie Bailey, T.J. Minley, Justin Humphreys, Darion King, Megan Smith, Adam King, Darrell King, Christy Ozment, Lindsey King, Shelby Ford and Roy Prince; and ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Waymon Hall King; a daughter, Mary Ann Prince; a son, David King; her parents, Avery T. and Katie Evans Rook; a sister, Christine Palmer; and a brother, Bill Rook.
Pallbearers will be James Palmer, Steve Palmer, Tim Palmer, Eddie Palmer, Robert King, Thomas King, Mark Johnson and Phillip Johnson.
