Erik Travis Jerding, age 28, of Grants Pass, Oregon formerly of Dyersburg, TN passed away Monday, July 5, 2021 at his residence in Oregon. Erik was born on November 2, 1992 to Jesse James Jerding and Christina Marie Barr. He worked as a farmer and rancher while he lived in Oregon.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m., Friday evening, July 16, 2021 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Memorial services will be held Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his mother, Christina Marie Barr (Eric) of Parsons, TN; his father Jesse James Jerding (Angie) of Ripley, TN; his brother, Alex Jerding of Winchester, TN; his grandparents, Betty Jackson of Winchester, TN, Don Jackson (Chrissy) of Seattle, WA and Ron Jerding (Glenda) of Dyersburg.
