Elnora Overton Harris, 101, of Memphis, TN, formerly of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Kirby Pines Nursing Home in Memphis.

She was born on August 4, 1916 in Dyersburg, TN, to the late Greenberry Brown Harris and the late Sarah Elizabeth Stone Harris. She was a retired record analyst for Federal Public Health Service. Mrs. Harris was also a member of White Station Church of Christ.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Fairview Cemetery with Mr. Rick Crawford officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.

Survivors include her nephew, Jerry Green of Bethany, OK; and her sister-in-law, Tellie Mae Crowson of Dyersburg.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Clifton Mae Green and her husband, Hardy Green; her brother, James Harris; and a nephew, Thomas L. Green.
