Mr. Ellis Edward White Jr., of Camden, TN passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

He was born on November 26, 1965 in Tiptonville, TN to the late Ellis White Sr. and Catherine Hooten White.  Ellis worked for Ingram Marine Group as a riverboat deckhand.  Besides his love of the Mississippi River, he enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time with family, fur baby Sassy and K-9 companion, Trixie.  Affectionately known as Bubba, he was always willing to help another person out and he never met a stranger.

Mr. Ellis is survived by his wife of 13 years, Carrie; son, Jeremy Pierce (Latasha) of Trimble; daughter, Ashley Hill of Ridgely; brother, John Allen McDonald (Mindy) of Billings, Montana; four sisters, Loretta Clark (Larry) of Hohenwald, Rita Spicer of Samburg, Carla Hoffman (Mike) of Shawtown, and Patty Emerson (Otis) of Saulsbury; thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and two more great grandchildren on the way.

In addition to his parents, Ellis was preceded in death by a son, Brad Austin Henderson, Sr. and a great-grandchild, Zylen Lambert.

A memorial service for Mr. White will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023 at Bob and Michelle Morgan's Home, 85 Magnolia Lane, Tiptonville, TN 38079. Dress casual.
