Ellis Wayne Bane, 71, of Finley, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Delta Medical Center in Memphis.

He was a former employee for the City of Newbern and attended Cornerstone Church of God. He enjoyed reading and watching westerns.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Dyer County Memorial Gardens with the Pastor Shannon Saliba officiating. Friends are asked to gather at the cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his brother, Lanny Keith Bane of Finley; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Fairy Jean Reagor Bane; a sister, Paula Jean Bane; and a brother, Tommy Bane.

Friends and family members will serve as pallbearers.
