Ella Elaine Haggard, 75, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at AHC Healthcare in Dyersburg.

Ella was born on May 31, 1949, in Tiptonville, TN, to the late Jim and Lucy Price Moore. She was a retired secretary for the Lake County Hwy Department, where she worked for over 30 years and was also a beautician for several years. Ella was a Vietnam War Red Cross Volunteer and was also a Christian.

Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her two daughters, Mistee Osteen of Tiptonville, TN and Tamara Osteen King of Las Vegas, NV; a sister, Edna Moore Mills of Tiptonville, TN; a brother, James "Buddy" H. Moore of Tiptonville, TN; four grandchildren, Eddie King, Jr., Ethan Johnson, Michael Dylan Johnson and Levi T. Johnson; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to her parents, Ella was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Joe Moore.

Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
