Elizabeth Ann Lavenue's Obituary
Elizabeth Ann Lavenue, 84, of Tiptonville, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2015 at Tennova Healthcare Dyersburg Regional.
She was a retired school teacher with the Lake County School System. Elizabeth was a member of First Baptist Church in Ridgely.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. David Gray officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The Lavenue Family will receive visitors from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her daughter, Carrie Anderson of Tiptonville; a brother, Ray West of Frisco, TX; five grandchildren, Julie Ligons of Ridgely, Randy Anderson of Dyersburg, Leslie Jones of Tiptonville, Ray Goodgine II of Ridgely and Cecelia Stone of Memphis; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Lionel Lavenue; a daughter, Susan Goodgine; a son, Larry Stone; and her parents, George and Mary Shaw West.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer will be Mack Forrester.
