Eleanor Mae Cook's Obituary
Eleanor Mae Cook, 92, of Bartlett, TN, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at her residence.
She was born on January 24, 1926, in Ridgely, TN, to the late Raymond Connell and the late Prude Paschall Connell. Eleanor was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Ridgely.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2018 in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. John Coleman officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2018 at the funeral home.
Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Norwood and husband, B.A., of Bartlett; a son, Edwin B. Cook of Obion; a sister, Callie Josephine Kuykendall of Ridgely; two grandchildren, Cindy Cook and Gail Bartram; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Nelson Cook; and a grandson, Matt Cook.
The family requests that memorials be directed to Ridgely First Baptist Church, 300 South Main Street, Ridgely, TN 38080.
