Edna Ann Perkins, 70, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital.

She was born on February 19, 1949, in Tiptonville, TN, to the late Robert and Edna Adams Jackson. Edna was a retired lead program technician for the U.S. Department of Agriculture and was a member of Tiptonville First Baptist Church.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2019 in the Tiptonville Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Eddie Wilbanks officiating. Burial will be in Tiptonville City Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the funeral home.

Survivors include her two sons, Daryl Perkins and wife, Karen, and Mark Perkins, all of Tiptonville; a sister, Joyce Hatley of Clarksville; two brothers, Jerry Jackson of Texas and Jackie Jackson of Tiptonville; two grandchildren, Zachary Best and Timothy Best; and a great-granddaughter, Annabelle Best.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Perkins.
