Edna M. Bryant's Obituary
Edna M. Bryant, 78, of Dyersburg, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at her residence.
She was a retired Wal-Mart employee. Edna made many friends among the staff and customers during her 18 years of employment. She had previously worked at Sylvania for many years. Edna was also a member of McCullough's Chapel Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Donnie Crone officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Friday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her step-daughter, Ann Sanders of Dyersburg; her brother, I.J. Simpson of Dyersburg; five nieces; three nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Bryant; her parents, Robert and Villa Moore Simpson; and two brothers, Billy Ray Simpson and Charles Estel Simpson.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Damesworth, Phillip Lewis, Danny Williams, Kenney Sandlin, Tyler Vaughn and Tim Griffin.
The family requests that memorials be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
