Dorothy Frances Brandon, 92, of Dyersburg, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Dyersburg Regional Medical Center.
She was a retired machine operator for General Motors in Flint, MI and was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Crandell officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 3-7 p.m. Sunday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her two daughters, Patsy Marie Hildebrand of Estero, FL and Phyllis Lavern Haight and husband, Greg, of Dyersburg; a son, Larry Glen Brandon and wife, Kathy Ann, of Flint, MI; eleven brothers and sisters, James Criswell of Jackson, Otha Criswell of Ripley, John Criswell of Halls, Mark Criswell of Kenton, Linda Dunsmore of Lakeland, FL., Charlene Butler of Mulberry, FL., Carolyn Ketchum, Ruby Fowler and Wanda Criswell, all of Dyersburg and Lottie Sue Lewis and Pamela Webb, both of Newbern; seven grandchildren, Jerry Hildebrand of Bonita Springs, FL, Tim Brandon of Grosse Pointe Farms, MI, Greg Brandon of Flint, MI, Glen Brandon, Jenna Natzke and Jessica Abraham, all of Davison, MI and Kristy Burris of Flint, MI; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Buck" Brandon; her parents, Clinnie Criswell and Josie Pearl Armstrong Jackson; seven brothers and sisters, Cleo Crawford, Laverne Clapton, Macie Snow, Lucile Crawford, Buford Criswell, Larence Criswell and Joe Criswell; and a son-in-law, Jerry Hildebrand, Sr.
Pallbearers will be Tim Brandon, Jerry Hildebrand, Gerald Brandon and Mark Criswell. Honorary pallbearers will be Bud Wallace and Bobby Good.
