Mrs. Doris Wilson Williams, of Dyersburg, passed away Friday, Dec. 17, 2021 at the AHC Nursing & Rehab center.  She was born January 25, 1931 to Birdie Mae & Welton Allen Redding.  She worked in the public for many years, mainly as a bookkeeper for various car dealers in Dyersburg.  She was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge group, an avid bowler and was a sales consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics.  She is remembered for living a full life.

She is survived by her son, Dennis Wilson, of Dyersburg and her daughter, Amy Ray of Hohenwald, TN, her grandchildren, Jamie Ray & wife Miranda, and Keith Ray, all of Hohenwald, Reign Britton of Lexington, Tn, her great-grandchildren, Tyler & Ethan Ray and her son-in-law, Bill Ray.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Welton Allen Redding and Birdie Mae Dennison Redding, her husband and children's father, Leroy Wilson, her husband, John Williams, her son Lance Fuller Wilson and her brother, P.R. Redding.

Visitation will be held on Monday, Dec. 20, 2021 beginning at 12:00 noon at Dyersburg Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Clyde Thompson with interment to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
