Doris Opal Stepp's Obituary
Doris Opal Stepp, 87, of Tiptonville, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at her residence.
She was a homemaker and retired cafeteria employee for Lake County School System.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Tiptonville with Bro. John Troutman officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the church.
Survivors include her daughter, Sheila Stepp of Tiptonville; a sister, Joy Gardner of Ridgely; and two brothers, Ralph Strain and Nathan Strain.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Stepp; her parents, Roscoe and Nema Gillian Strain; and a sister, Dorothy Cantrell Cronan.
Pallbearers will be Casey Drewry, Blake Bargery, Chase Griffin, Tommy Hicks, Randy Gardner and Kent Roberson. Honorary pallbearers will be W.C. Roberson and Gary Cantrell.
