Mrs. Doris Bramlett Kay, of Dyersburg, formerly of Germantown, TN, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Rome, Georgia to the late Luther and Pauline Bramlett on December 18, 1931.  She was a long-time member of the Church of Christ and her world revolved around her family and whatever activities they were involved in.  She loved sharing meals with them, following their activities and every spare moment was spent with or on them.

She was lovingly known as "Boppie" by her family and close friends.  She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Kay Regen and husband, Bob, of Union City TN and Terri Kay Pike and husband, Victor, of Dyersburg and her grandchildren, Angela Davis and husband, Jay, of Union City, Richard Pike and wife, JonAnne, of Dyersburg, Andrew Regen and wife, Brooke, of Halls, TN and Natalie Greer and husband, Marshall, of Houston Tx as well as her beloved great-grandchildren, Tucker & Elly Grace Davis, Holland & Harvey Pike, Parker & Presley Regen and Madilyn Greer.  She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Harold Kay and her parents and two brothers.

Visitation will be held at Dyersburg Funeral Home on Sunday, May 15, 2022 beginning at 1:00 p.m.  Graveside funeral services will be held at Dyer County Memorial Gardens at 2:00 p.m. conducted by Rev. Anthony Kay.

Bob Regen, Victor Pike, Jay Davis, Andrew Regen, Richard Pike, Marshall Greer and Tucker Davis will be honored to serve as pallbearers.

The family ask that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Mrs. Doris "Boppie" Kay.
