Doris Lee Harris' Obituary
Doris Lee Harris, 82, of Finley, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at her daughter's residence.
She was a homemaker, former employee of HECO and a member of Three Oaks Chapel Baptist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Phipps officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her two daughters, Angie Walls and husband, Pat, of Paducah, KY and Sharon Harris Davis and companion, Nathan Moore, of Dyersburg; a son, Anthony "Amp" Harris of Dyersburg; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ferrell Harris; two sons, Nathan Harris and Jody Harris; her parents, Porter and Bertie King Cole; and a sister, Mavis Childress.
Pallbearers will be Terry Harris, Bubba Harris, David Fisher, Jerry Pate Hollingsworth, Steve Richardson and Floyd Sullivan.
