Donnie Earl Tolley, 54, of Ridgely, TN, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

He was born on December 22, 1964, in Tiptonville, TN, to the late Robert and Hattie Morton Tolley. Donnie was a TDOT Operation Technician with the Tennessee of Department of Transportation. He was a member of the Sheep Ridge Runners and the Lake County Rescue Squad. Donnie was active in fund raising for various local charities. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2019 in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Mann officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 12-2 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2019 at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Elisa Lynn Tolley of Ridgely, TN; a son, Josh Tolley of Tiptonville, TN; two daughters, Brittany Cantrell (David) and Kelly Carter (Scooter), all of Tiptonville, TN; two brothers, Ray Tolley (Pam) of Samburg, TN and Bill Tolley (Wanda) of Ridgely, TN; a sister, Ruby Slaughter (Danny) of Ridgely, TN; six grandchildren, Nate Warden, Kamrie Smith, Brody Smith, Coleman Carter, Luke Cantrell and Mollie Kate Cantrell; his father-in-law, Danny Wheeler of Tiptonville, TN; and his mother-in-law, Ann Garner of Union City, TN.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, MaryAnn Tolley.

Pallbearers will be Carl "Boo" Bennett, Carl Meddows, Tommy Warden, Zach Tolley, Steven Slaughter, Bennie Long and Jerry B. Hampton, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Jereme Hubble, Edi Martinez, Richard Canoy, Greg Manns, Joe Boy Marvin, Bubba Ray Henson, Tommy Hopper, Sr., Bill King, TDOT Road Crew District 47 W., Sheep Ridge Runners and the Lake County Rescue Squad.
