Donnie Ray Maddox's Obituary
Donnie Ray Maddox, 61, of Paris, TN formerly of Ridgely, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2015 at Henry County Medical Center in Paris.
He was a retired production worker for Georgia-Gulf and was a 1972 graduate of Lake County High School.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Mr. Larry Fowlkes officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family will receive visitors from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Wednesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his daughter, Stacey Reynolds and husband, Brian, of Union City; a sister, Donna Copley and husband, Barry, of Cordova; and two grandchildren, Blake Simmons and Abigail Simmons.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Jewell Fisher Maddox; and a sister, Linda Davis Small.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the American Diabetes Association, 5583 Murray Road, Suite 200A, Memphis, TN 38119 or at www.diabetes.org/honor
