Donnie Wayne "Junebug" Johnson, Jr., 41, of Ridgely, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at his residence.
He was a sheet metal mechanic, attended Ridgely Pentecostal Church and was an avid hunter, fisherman and reader.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Ron LevRon officiating. Burial will be in Sorrells Chapel Cemetery in Dyersburg.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his three sons, Ethan Walker Johnson and Michael Dylan Johnson, both of Newbern and Levi Tristan Johnson of Tiptonville; his parents, Donnie and Faye Johnson of Ridgely; two sisters, Lana Weaver Paz of Newbern and Cynthia McLean of Bogota; and a brother, Samueal D. Johnson of Newbern.
Pallbearers will be Jacob Johnson, Cody Page, Blake McLean, Pedro Paz, Chris Everitt and Gavin Hawks. Honorary pallbearer will be Claude Salmon.
