Donna Jo Pritchett Presley, 76, of Dyersburg, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2015 at Covington Manor in Covington, TN.

She was a retired business owner of Hilltop House. She was a member of Finley First United Methodist Church, where she was the organist for 40 years and was a member of the Dyersburg Cotillion Club. Mrs. Donna Jo previously served as a speech and hearing teacher for Dyersburg City Schools and was a volunteer reader at all of the community schools.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Dr. Douglas Haynes and Bro. Mike Gardner officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Presley of Dyersburg; a daughter, Pennye Presley Thurmond and husband, Chris, of Dyersburg; a son, Jerry Edward "Ed" Presley of Dyersburg; a sister, Gaye Marie Reed of Finley; two grandchildren, Tara Deal Gibson and husband, Tim, and Ann Barret Deal Richards and husband, Jeffery; and five great-grandchildren, Hallie Barret Gibson, Anne Kate Gibson, Ava Jane Gibson, Madilyn Claire Richards and Tanner Kyle Richards.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Don Ed and Jettie Permenter Pritchett.

Pallbearers will be Tim Gibson, Jeffery Richards, Jimmy Hester, Jason Reed, Connor Hester, Reed Hester, Jake Reed and Kade Reed.

The family requests that memorials be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
