Donald Wayne Lambert's Obituary
Donald Wayne Lambert, 71. of Dyersburg, passed away on Saturday Feb.18, 2012 at Dyersburg Regional Hospital in Dyersburg.
He was a mechanic with Illinois Central Railroad for thirty five years. He was a member of Springhill Baptist Church. He was a 32nd degree Mason a Shriner with Al Chymia, Memphis Unit. He was a member of Scottish Rite and York Rite.
Services will be Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 1 pm in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. Robert Johnson and Dr. Bill Oakley. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5 until 8 pm Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years Nancy Slaughter Lambert of Dyersburg. He has a daughter Karen Lambert, of Orlando, Florida and a son Steve Lambert of Friendship, Tn. and a sister Shelia Binkley, of Dyersburg.
He was preceded in death by his son Chad Alan "Bert" Lambert and his parents Donald R. Lambert and Mildred Rowland Lambert.
Pallbears will be Johnny Lambert, Phil Bivens, Mark Rowland, Dwayne Rowland, Jeff Yarbrough, and R. J. McCutcheon.
