Donald Wayne "Duck" Allen, 56, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023 at his residence.

Donald was born on December 12, 1966, in Chicago, IL, to Mary J. Radkiewicz Allen and the late George Allen. He was in retail management with Lowe's and was a former employee with the Crafty Beaver in Chicago for over 30 years. Donald loved fishing and spending time at Reelfoot Lake. He loved drag racing with his 1969 Camero and listening to classic country music. Donald enjoyed playing pool and watching college football. He loved his family and was a very outgoing person who loved everyone.

Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, September 2, 2023 in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Rev. Josh Bledsoe officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, September 2, 2023 at the Dyersburg Funeral Home Ridgely Chapel.

Survivors include his son, Jimmy Allen of Fox Lake, IL; his mother, Mary J. Allen of Tiptonville, TN; a sister, Mary "Sissy" Allen of Tiptonville, TN; three nephews, B.J. Badalamenti, Tony Badalamenti and Andy Badalamenti; Brian McCloskey (brother of Jimmy Allen) of Fox River Grove, IL; and numerous cousins.

In addition to his father, Donald was preceded in death by his companion of 20 years, Tammi Sherd.
