Dimple Quinn, 88, of Newbern, TN, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2019 at VanAyer Manor Nursing Center in Martin, TN.

She was born on March 15, 1931, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late John Burton Gillam and Eva Gray Edwards Gillam. Dimple was a homemaker and was also a former AVON Representative. She attended First United Pentecostal Church.

Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 2019 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Brent Rashall officiating. Burial will be in Dyer County Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive visitors from 12-4 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her daughter, Arlene Cantrell of Newbern, TN; a son, Roy Quinn and wife, Alicia, of Finley, TN; twelve grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Quinn; a son, Earl Tinkle; a daughter, Paulette Tinkle Ray; and her son-in-law, Jim Cantrell.

Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Ray, Brian Miles, Justin Cantrell, James Cantrell, Manuel Quinn and Terry Ray.
