Ms. Denise Evelyn Walker, of Dyersburg, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital.  Dee, as she was well known, was born October 5,1950, in Baltimore, Maryland, to the late Carson and Emma Hoerl.  She worked for many years and retired as a customer service representative for FedEx.  She was greatly loved by the persons closest to her in life and doted on her Pomeranian, Izzy.  She enjoyed crafting of all sorts and was known for her creative wreaths.  

Dee is survived by her nieces; Carol Campbell and husband, Jeff of Spring Hill, TN and Shelia Edwards and husband, Kelly of Kansas, her nephew Luke Parnell, of Bartlett, TN, her great-nephews; Nicolas Campbell and wife, Callen, of Spring Hill, TN, Richard Blake, wife Brooke and family and Joe Corbally and family, as well as her sister-in-law Krysha Harmon and husband, Mark of Jonesboro, AR and a sister-by-choice of many years; Alyce Stone, of Halls, TN.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Jeffery Neal Walker and her parents.  

Cremation services are in care of Dyersburg Funeral Home with private burial to follow at a later time.
