Denise Ables' Obituary
Denise Ables, 52, of Dyersburg, died Sunday, March 21, 2010 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.
She was a self-employed business person and a member of First Baptist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Dr. Raymond Boston, Dr. Mike Hickman, and Rev. Bill Phipps officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband Bill Ables, of Dyersburg; two daughters, Samantha Harris and Laura Jayne Harris, both of Dyersburg; her mother, Mildred Haddock, of Lenox; a sister, Diane Cook, of Nashville; a brother, David Haddock and wife, Jayne, of Lenox; and a grandchild, Jackson Smith, of Dyersburg.
She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Joy Haddock.
Pallbearers will be Jake Haddock, John Haddock, Jim Welch, Bryan Pride, Glenn Childress, and Josh Canada. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Davis, Mike Davis, and Bud Wallace.
