Demetria Eugenia Westbrook, age 61, of Newbern, TN passed away Wednesday at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis.

Demetria was born on September 5, 1959 in Dyersburg, TN to the late Eugene and Peggy Armstrong Hilliard. She was a retired CNA with Wesley Homes. She enjoyed reading and talking to friends and family on the phone. Demetria was also a huge fan of the CSI and NCIS tv shows and she was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan just like her son Jeremy.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, from 6:00 - 8:00 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday evening, July 13, 2021, at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home conducted by Bro. Clyde Thompson.

Survivors include her son, Jeremy Baker (Courtney) of Dyersburg; four sisters, Tiffany Utter (Heath) of Saks, AL, Cindy Dowell (Eric) of Dyersburg, TN, Kim Heister (Charles) of Clearwater, FL, and Chris Mawyer (Richard) of Memphis, TN; three grandchildren, Kaleigh Baker, Kaden Baker, and Kolten Baker all of Dyersburg; and her beloved K-9 companion, Misty.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her late husband, Morris Westbrook.
