Debora Carol Permenter, 59, of Jackson, TN, formerly of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born on July 5, 1959, in Dyersburg, TN, to Billy Simpson and Martha Wallace Kirk. Debora was an LPN for Volunteer Home Health and loved gardening and working in the yard. She was a volunteer for the Dyersburg/Dyer County Humane Society and loved dogs and cats.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, October 5, 2018 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Phipps officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her daughter, Kimberly Rasp of Jackson, TN; a son, Kevin Permenter of Dyersburg, TN; her mother, Martha Wallace Kirk of Jackson, TN; her father, Billy Simpson of Covington, TN; three sisters, Melody Ozment and Lisa Simpson, both of Dyersburg, TN and Taylor Simpson of Covington, TN; two brothers, Clay Simpson of Austin, TX and Caden Simpson of Covington, TN; and four grandchildren, Zachery Permenter, Blake Strawn, Bronson Rasp and Ava Rasp.

Pallbearers will be Zachery Permenter, Blake Strawn, Dylan Dean, Kylan Dean, Joshua Dean and Joey Junior.
