Debbie Elaine Scott, 62, of Ridgely, TN, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at her residence.

Debbie was born on January 17, 1960, in Tiptonville, TN, to the late, Bill Mitchell and the late Barbara Wilson Mitchell. She was a clerk at Decker's Quick Mart and was a member of Keystone Church of God.

Services for Ms. Scott will be 3 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022 in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Chuck Graham officiating. Burial will follow in New Haven Cemetery.

The Scott Family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at Dyersburg Funeral Home in Ridgely.

Survivors include her two sons, Glenn Scott (Lori) of Ridgely, TN and K.J. Scott (Mandy) of Dyersburg, TN; two daughters, Debra Scott of Ridgely, TN and Kimberly Scott of Tiptonville, TN; two sisters, Gloria Sutton (Norman) of Waynesville, OH and Susan Story of Tiptonville, TN; eight grandchildren, Lauren Bledsoe (Caleb), Philip Scott, Levi Scott, Jace Scott, Alana Anderson, Greg Bishop, Jr., Serenity Bishop and Kayden Watson; and one great-grandson, Jaxx Bledsoe.

In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Scott; two brothers, Rick Mitchell and Chuck Mitchell; and two grandsons, Dylan Scott and Jacob Scott.

Honoring Ms. Scott as pallbearers will be family members and friends.
