David Carl Huntley's Obituary
David Carl Huntley, 82, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Friday, April 6, 2018 at his residence.
He was born on January 10, 1936, in Cleveland, Ohio. David was a retired Lieutenant Colonel with the United States Air Force, serving his Country as a pilot for 28 years and was also a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Dyersburg. He was a dietician for the Hayti Hospital and the Caruthersville Country Club, was a former teacher at Dyersburg State Community College and was active in the Dyersburg Civitan Club.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, April 9, 2018 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Annetta Camp officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Huntley of Dyersburg; a son, Kim Marshall Huntley of Dyersburg; a daughter, Michelle McCormack and husband, Lonnie Joe, of Watertown; and two grandchildren, Jaden McCormack and Dahan McCormack.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Pallbearers will be members of the Civitan Club.
