Danny Ralph Moore, 75, of Ridgely, TN, passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021 at AHC Dyersburg.

Danny was born on June 13, 1945, in Obion, TN, to the late, J.L. and Vivian Callens Moore. He was a retired employee with Goodyear Tire & Rubber and loved to fish, garden and work in his yard. Danny was a member of Willingham Baptist Church and had been a pastor at Mooring Baptist Church, Phillippy Baptist Church, Walnut Log Baptist Church and Minnick Bible Church.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2021 in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Mackie Prince officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2021 at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Sharon Moore of Ridgely, TN; two daughters, Shannon Webb (Shane) of Jackson, MO and Ashleigh Bates (Michael) of Newbern, TN; a brother, Denny Ray Moore (Jessica) of Ridgely, TN; four grandchildren, Matt Webb, Micha Bates, Cooper Bates and Zayleigh Bates; and two nieces that they raised, Misty Tate and Toshia Blackwell, both of Ridgely, TN.

In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kiley Moore; two brothers, Billy Harold Moore and Charles David Moore; and a sister, Vivian Joyce Heskett.

Pallbearers will be Brian Moore, Jimmy Blackwell, Chris Tate, Royce York, Leonard York and Doug Roberson. Honorary pallbearers will be Shane Webb, Michael Bates, Matt Webb and Cooper Bates.
