Daniel Hayes Fowlkes, 65, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at his residence.

He was born on September 17, 1952, in Dyersburg, TN. Daniel was a retired employee for Fowlkes Concrete. He was also an avid outdoorsman, hunter and fisherman.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 17, 2018 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Cory Williams officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

The Fowlkes Family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2018 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include his daughter, Nicole Bertholomey (Louis) of Hornbeak; a son, Jarred Fowlkes (Shannon) of Troy; his parents, Danny and Sally G. Fowlkes of Dyersburg; four sisters, Ginny Hall (Gene), Anna Cutler (Dale), and Mary Hurst (Marty), all of Dyersburg and Sally Ben-Moyal (David) of Houston, TX; a brother, John Fowlkes (Janet) of Dyersburg; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Bradley Hayes Fowlkes.

Pallbearers will be Gene Hall, Robert Hall, Marty Hurst, Randall Hurst, Jesse Burchfiel and Ben Davison. Honorary pallbearers will be Brad Hurst, Marty Goff, Mark Grogran and Billy Brimm.
