Cynthia Lynette Sipes, 53, of Dyersburg, TN passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital.

She was born on April 18, 1965, in Dyersburg, TN, to Kay Scroggins Armstrong and the late James Lewis Smith. Cynthia was a bookkeeper for Security Locksmith. She was a member of the Dyersburg Moose Women's Auxiliary and loved to cook, crochet and play pool. Cynthia was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to entertain her grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Bro. Erik Larson officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 12-1 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her husband, Mike Sipes of Dyersburg; a son, Brian Stout of Dyersburg; her mother, Kay Armstrong of Dyersburg; a brother, Timothy Smith of Humboldt; two sisters, Gina Pitt of Guntersville, AL and Roxann Goodman of Bogota; two step-brothers, Bart Sanders and Kevin Sanders, both of Dyersburg; four step-sisters, Angel Larson, Tammy Poe and Cindy Poe, all of Dyersburg and Missy Henderson of Troy; and five grandchildren, Drew Stout, Dyver Nicks, Jaye Bless Nicks, Hadley Sipes and Harlow Sipes.
