Curtis Ray Tyler, 29, of Dyersburg, passed away on June 30, 2012 in Dyersburg.
He was a construction worker and attended Finley United Methodist Church.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Tiffany Floyd officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include his daughter, Payton Marie Tyler of Dyersburg; his parents, Roy A. Tyler, Carolyn Ann Tyler and Danny Walker, all of Dyersburg; a sister, Amanda Tyler of Dyersburg; his grandparents, Judy Hutching of Dyersburg and Billy Ray Hutching of Hornbeak; and an aunt, Angela Hutching of Dyersburg.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy E. and Peggy Tyler.
Pallbearers will be Randall Vaughn, Scotty Simpson, Daniel Parson, Jacob Swafford, Luke Stephens and John Wayne Fowler, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Bradley Hutchinson and Jayden Tyler.
