Cory Anthony Jones' Obituary
Cory Anthony Jones, 21, of Dyersburg, died Thursday, February 17, 2011 at his residence.
He was a 2007 graduate of Dyersburg High School, avid sports fan and had a courageous smile that was full of inspiration and hope.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with Chaplain Walter Spears officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his mother, Tina Holland of Dyersburg; his father, David Anthony Jones of Dyersburg; a brother, Andre Nashone Wells of Dyersburg; his fiancée, Sabrina Ciechan of Dyersburg; his grandparents, Joyce Hodges and Shirley Jones, both of Dyersburg and Raymond Whitlow of Elbridge; his fiancée's mother, Sheila Ciechan of Dyersburg; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marshall Jones.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Ciechan, Alex Jennings, Roger Belcher, T.J. Burnette, Morrell Smith and Alan Garner. Honorary pallbearer will be Andre Wells.
