Corniece Love Mason's Obituary
Corniece Love Mason, 95, of Dyersburg, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Dyersburg Manor Nursing Center.
She was a retired office manager for Mutual of Omaha and was a former hostess for the Holiday Inn of Dyersburg. Ms. Mason was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Dyersburg.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Wally Bumpas officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Dyersburg Funeral Home.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna Bowers and husband, James, of Dyersburg; a son, Robert Griffin, Jr. of Tiptonville; three grandchildren, Stephen Page and wife, Laura, of Brentwood, Shawn Page of Memphis, and Stephanie Griffin of Tiptonville; five great-grandchildren, Steven Bartee, Emma Morgan, Sophie Denison, David Page and Ashley Page; and one great-great-grandchild, Abagail Bartee.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, James Ledbetter and Robert Griffin, Sr.; her parents, Alva and Lavivian Townsend Love; and a sister, Catherine Spaulding.
The family requests that memorials be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
