Connie Anne Richardson, 68, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.

She was born on May 23, 1954, in Dyersburg, TN, to the late Jere Malone Blalock and the late Patricia Ann Taylor Blalock. Connie was a registered nurse for West Tennessee Healthcare Dyersburg Hospital, where she worked for over 20 years. She enjoyed shopping, traveling and collecting anything that had Coca-Cola on it.

Memorial visitation for Ms. Richardson will be from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2023 at Dyersburg Funeral Home. A private family burial will be held at Fairview Cemetery at a later date.

Survivors include her sister, Roxanne McClure and husband, Mickey, of Trimble, TN; three brothers, Rusty Blalock and wife, Angela, of Dyersburg, TN, Chris Blalock and wife, Sherry of Murfreesboro, TN and Joey Blalock of Dyersburg, TN; her brother-in-law, Jamie Richardson of Memphis, TN; nine nieces, Brooke Blalock, Emily Blalock, Jennifer Crook, Jessica Caldwell, Alex Blalock, Carrie Stone, Bethany Blalock, Cortney Shipley, and Jackie Kirk; eight nephews, Nick Blalock, Ryan Blalock, Ben Blalock, Jonathan Blalock, Jere Robert Blalock, Jason Butler, Cody Blalock, and Jeremy Burris; and a host of extended family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Richardson; two sons, Rob Ames and Drew Richardson; a brother, Topper Blalock; and a great-nephew, Dalton Noles.
