Clayton George Owens' Obituary
Clayton George Owens, 95, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at The Bridge at Ridgely.
He was born on May 21, 1923, in Plainview, AR, to the late Claude and Maude Howard Owens. Clayton was a retired salesman for Gerber Baby Food.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include his daughter, Barbara Bivens and husband, Phil, of Dyersburg; a granddaughter, Jessica Bivens Merriman and husband, Danny; and three great-grandchildren, Tate Merriman, Audrey Merriman and Cambry Merriman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jane Owens.
The family requests that memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's choice.
