Claudie Rodriquez, Jr., 75, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at his residence.

He was born on April 24, 1944, in Troy, TN, to the late Claud Rodriquez, Sr. and the late Juanita Dotson Rodriquez. Claudie was a retired foreman at Wright Mats & Associates and was a member of Wynnburg Baptist Church. He was a member of the Harmony Lodge 184 and was also an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved to travel, work, gardening, his family, and God.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Wynnburg Baptist Church with Bro. Terry Council officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Wynnburg Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy Rodriquez of Tiptonville, TN; a son, Jerry Lynn Rodriquez (Becky) of Tiptonville, TN; two sisters, Linda Vaver of Ellensburg, WA and Faye Johnson of Springdale, AR; two brothers, Ray Johnson of Olympia, WA and Ricky Johnson of Ellensburg, WA; two grandchildren, Cody Lynn Rodriquez (Jenny Lynn) and Justin Kyle Rodriquez (Nicole); and four great-grandchildren, Gabby Rodriquez, Aidan Pruitt, Lynnlee Smith and Luke Smith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jackie Bentley, Mickey Johnson; a sister, Diane Davis; and his grandmother, Willie D. Dotson.

Pallbearers will be David Cantrell, Mark Hayes, George Norris, Tony Bargery, Steve Parks and Skipper Homra.
