Mr. Claude Lee Tatum, of Ridgely, passed away on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at West Tennessee Healthcare - Dyersburg Hospital.  He was born August 20, 1937 in Shaw, Mississippi to the late Will & Rosie Tatum.  He was a member of the Burrus Chapel Church of Christ and was a retired supervisor for the United States Army Corps of Engineers.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Russ Tatum, his children, Kathy Jones (Steve) of Ridgely, TN and Tammy Horner of Jackson, TN, and his brother, James Weeks (Betty) of Somerville, TN and his Six Grandchildren, Tyler Jones, Laura Leigh Horner, LeeAnna Horner, Jeremy Tatum, Courtney Tatum and Mallory Tatum.  He was preceded in death by his parents Will & Rosie Tatum and his son, Jimmy Tatum, his sister, Shirley Weeks and brother, Bob Weeks.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at the Dyersburg Funeral Home Ridgely Chapel, conducted by Mr. Don Reel. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until services begin. Interment will follow in New Haven Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Tyler Jones, Jackie Howell, Leonard York, Ricky Horner, Jeremy Tatum & Steve Jones.
