Cindy Brown, age 56, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at her residence.

She was born on March 18, 1969, in Chicago, IL, to the late J.Z. and Rita Sronce Slaughter. Cindy was a dedicated homemaker who had a passion for decorating and working in her yard, gardening, and flowers. She loved to be outside, enjoying campfires and four-wheeling, and had a deep affection for her dogs. Cindy was a beloved family member and a big people person. She was a member of the Phillips Street Church of Christ and had a love for gospel music.

Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2025 in the chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors beginning at 10 a.m. until service time. Cremation services are under the direction of Dyersburg Funeral Home.

Survivors include her three sons, Cameron Hipp, Alex Brown and Austin Brown, all of Dyersburg, TN; a daughter, Morgan Wilson of Dyersburg, TN; a brother, Ron Slaughter and wife, JoCarol, of Dallas, TX; two sisters, Kelly Robertson and husband, Jeff, of Dyersburg, TN and Rhonda Dodds and husband, John, of Newbern, TN; and a granddaughter, Lainey Sage.
