Cindee Lee Rogers Bates, 64, of Tiptonville, TN, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born on March 27, 1954, in Tiptonville, TN, to Virginia Dare McKeel Rogers and the late Gordon Lee Rogers. Cindee was a homemaker and was a member of Crockett Chapel United Methodist Church.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Crockett Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Barbara Blackmon-Fortune officiating. Burial will be in Crockett Chapel Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

The family will receive visitors from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at the church.

Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Keith Bates of Tiptonville; a daughter, Shelley Bates Wright and husband, Rodney, of Yorkville; a son, Brian Bates of Newbern; her mother, Virginia Rogers of Tiptonville; three brothers, Glenn Rogers and Brent Rogers, both of Tiptonville and Todd Rogers of Canalou, MO; and three grandchildren, Danny Evans, Brandt Wright and Kaitlyn Edwards.

Pallbearers will be Danny Evans, Brandt Wright, Cassidy Rogers, Chase Rogers, Donnie York and Brice York. Honorary pallbearers will be Dustin Simmons, Shane Rooney and Mike Bates.
