Chuck Walden, 59, of Dyersburg, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at his residence.
He was the owner and operator of Walden's Cabinets for 30 years. Chuck was a member and deacon of West Dyersburg Church of Christ, where he worshiped for 40 years.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at West Dyersburg Church of Christ with Mr. Carl Mills, Mr. Glen Burse and Mr. Ricky Burse officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The Walden Family will receive visitors from 4:30-8 p.m. Wednesday and from 12-3 p.m. Thursday at West Dyersburg Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Bobbie Walden of Dyersburg; two sons, Joshua Walden and wife, Kindall, of Jackson and Seth Walden and wife, Julie, of Nashville; his mother, Marie Walden of Dyersburg; Brenda Johnson and husband, Mark, and George Cherry, all of Jackson, Brenda and George became a part of the Walden Family at an early age; three sisters, Susan Williams of Fowlkes, Sally Sawyers and Sarah Sills, both of Dyersburg; a brother, Danny Walden of Dyersburg; five grandchildren, Myla Walden, Ruby Walden, Jarvis Martin, Brittny Fawcett and Jeremy Cherry; and a great-grandchild, Channing Fawcett.
Chuck was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Walden.
Pallbearers will be Randy Gregory, Steve Wellington, Mark Johnson, Richie Petty, Matt Stafford and Chris Fry. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Wesson, Johnny Lambert, and Bill Boyers.
