Chuck Edward Mitchell's Obituary
Chuck Edward Mitchell, 52, of Tiptonville, passed away on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 in Hickman, KY.
He was a retired farmer.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Ridgely Chapel of Dyersburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Byassee officiating. Burial will be in New Haven Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 6-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Shannon Mitchell of Tiptonville; two daughters, Hope Eaves and husband, Richard, of Samburg and Jennifer Durham and husband, John, of Union City; a step-son, Buddy McAlister of Tiptonville; his mother, Barbara Sue Wilson of Tiptonville; three sisters, Susan Story and Debbie Scott, both of Tiptonville and Gloria Sutton of Waynesville, OH; and four grandchildren, Gage Smith, Alyssa Durham, Becca Eaves and Tenley Durham.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Mitchell; and his brother, Ricky Reed Mitchell.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Walley, Johnny Whitson, Timmy Bratton, Greg Story, Glenn Scott, K.J. Scott, Richard Eaves and Josh Tolley.
